Return Process

  Package Sustainably

  Place the unused items in their original biodegradable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is secure for transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
